Review on Star Build Strike Gundam

Greetings

The next review is up and it's gonna be a kit that everyone will know if you have watched Gundam Build Fighter, It's  Star Build Strike Gundam, well, kind of obvious since i already posted the box art.

About the Suit

The suit was built by Sei lori and controlled by Reiji (most of the time). The unit is an upgrade version of the original Build Strike Gundam as it was destroyed during one of the battle with Tatssuya Yuuki by his suit, Zaku Amazing. The difference between this unit and the previous was it have change  the backpack that called Universal Booster that improve the the suit status. The Universal Boosters gives the suit new systemes which is  RG System, discharge system and absorb system and this have made the gundam become kind of OP (overpower).

For more of the suit info, you may want to watch the anime and embrace the ambiance of each of the battle scene .

Review on Kit

Right after the introduction, let's go to the kit itself.

Front
Rear=
looks kind of cool isn't it?  :P

Let's proceed to the stability and articulation of the kit:

When fixing the backpack, be careful with the cannon as it's easily drop off. Consider to glue it for permanent pose.

The movement of joint is stable and allows you to do good poses however, don't expect much for a HG kit.

Weapon and Back Pack

For the backpack, the design look like some insect though, haha.

Accessories & Extras

For the accessories, it include a base stand which's not bad for the price of the kit that you are paying. Stickers wise, have a lot of work to do though.

Last but not least, it include the effect parts for the overall suit.

Well,  for the other effect parts, you got to buy the Build Custom Series, Universal Booster Plavsky Power Gate which enable you to do up Plavbsky effect like how it become in the anime.

Pose

How you fare this kit? :)

Review

Score: 7/10

Compliment

  • Easy to build
  • Stability and Articulation of the kit is good
  • Includes a stand

Critics

  • Mild challenge for pasting the stickers on the kit
  • Got to buy the build custom set which logically should be a set
  • Good to include another pair of hand for variation of pose(s)

If you are a fan of GBF/ GBFT or Strike Design colloectors, etc, don't miss out this kit :)

That's about it for now.

Feel free to give comments and always looking for room of improvement.

Review on HG Wing Gundam Zero Hoono part 2

Greetings!!!

All right, next up would be a work that is related with the Wing Gundam Zero Hoono that i have been working on for a friend of mine.

Finally, it's complete :) And so, i present my review ^^

Front Back Pics

I have done up a mini modification which i added the other half of Wing Zero Gundam Wing.

Well, look simple? Haha

Colour Scheme, Modification & Add on

Since i am working on this kit for a good friend of mine, i have thought of some colour that would be appeasing to my friend. Therefore, i chose pink and match up with white, gold and red. I tried to play with more colors to see whether it matches.

End result, not too bad but well, got to work hard. On a side note, Look nice isn't it? Haha well depend on individual :P , just joking.

I have added a pair of hands and fire effect from the HG Build Burning Gundam. This is to create additional expressive pose

Action Pose

After lots of shot, this are the 4 poses that are cool and bad ass

Favorite pose

Last but not least, hope that everyone like this work and especially my friend. Anyway, before i end and in case you are wondering what is the name of this kit, it's Burning Takewondo Wing Gundam

Hehe, that's about it and back to my the other project.

So what's your 1st thoughts on this suit? Grumpy? Old School? Meh? or WTF???
Hmm.... enough guesses, Let's turn on to my 1st thought of this suit, it look very old school kind of suit but also a powerful suit if anyone can make it look like a badass!!! Lol :D
But we are not going too far on that but some simple snap shots about this kit to enhance your buying decision.

Pictures

Feature of the kit

- Well, first of all, you got a simple slides for the kit, pair of hands which can add more pose for the kit.

- The head is able to move move freely and not so limited compare to some of the HG Kit if you know what i mean.

- The arms are able to bend 90 degrees and the legs,, haha refer to the shots.

Action Pose

Well, how you find it??? Next up, REVIEW!!!

Review

1st of all, i would give a score 9/10. It's an excellent kit accompany by great articulation and easy build. Details wise, it's alright and bring out the simplicity of old school suit. Lots of details doesn't mean the kit will look great, hehe, anyway, i will give this kit some paint job and modification and be sure to look for it.

Do give this kit a try and promise you that you won't regret. Personally, i believe that Revive Line won't disappoint us and so do when the next kit release, i will be doing up a review for it as well and because it father of all Gundam. Haha :)

Apart fro that, i will update on my next work soon, so later~

Do feel free to feedback to me if you have any comments. Seeking improvement at all times ^^

Review on HG Transient Gundam

Greetings

Hi everyone, how are you??? It's been awhile since i last update my blog. Should update last month but was busy with alot of projects, work and gunpla project related. Therefore only last few days i am free and able to snapfit a HG.

Today will be reviewing a recent release kit HG Transient Gundam. Believe alot of fans will like this gundam and 1 of the main reason, exia inspired design. Haha, to me, not a really big fan of this kit, but, if one take times to modify it, who knows, it will be a magnificent kit at the end result.

Pictures

Alright, next up will be the pictures that i took.

Weapons and extra hand parts

Haha, so how was it? look sharp yeah?

Review

So far, what i like the kit about is the weaponry, Almost all the gundam weaponry carried was Beam Sabers, Rifles, Big Gun, Big Sword, however, for spears, it's a unique one. Articulation and proportion wise, it's alright. Do note that, nowadays HG kits are getting more and more improvement and i believe it's worth every penny you spend.

Overall, for this kit, i would give 9/10. It's a nice kit and easy to fix. Don't have really a big issue but be careful when cutting out the clear parts cause nub marks are damn obvious. For your weekend, if you have time to spare, why not build this kit. Haha

Do feel free to feedback to me if you have any comments. Seeking improvement at all times ^^
